Thank you for shopping with Ernalgrace. We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You must submit your return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

All original tags must be attached (tags must not be removed).

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Processing
We aim to process all returns and refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@ernalgrace.com, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
You must provide the tracking number and shipping carrier details via our Returns Centre or by email once your return is dispatched.
Shipping Costs

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not refund the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, or any import duties/taxes, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or the package is lost/damaged during delivery.
