Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order before tax and discounts:

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Delivery

Orders $0 – $64.99: $15 USD
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Expedited Delivery

Orders $0 – $65: $25 USD
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

Free Standard Shipping

Orders $65 and above: Free
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Note: Expedited delivery is currently only available for orders under $65. For higher-value orders needing faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $19.95 USD
Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages may be subject to additional shipping charges.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Ernalgrace is not liable for any products lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll assist you with a claim to the shipping carrier.
